Is lobbing in pickleball a good or bad idea?
It really depends on many factors.
The biggest of which is: what is the quality of your opponents overhead? Do they love their overhead? Do they hate it and struggle to put the ball away?
That and a few other things will dictate whether to lob or not and when it's a good idea.
