1.) start with dinks and speed ups. Gets the feet moving and you want to make sure they are crisp
2.) transition resets, this one gets overlooked but you want to make sure you hit some resets
3.) drops and drives, making sure you hit both and go into the match know what is feeling good
4.) hands, volley with each other cooperatively so you can get moving and lock in
5.) serves and returns, DON’T SKIP these because you want to come out ripping the these
A good warmup is a huge key to how we start hot, and stay loose in the match!
