⭐️ Low and wide: cover the middle! It’s almost impossible for them to hit behind you from this spot, so sit on the middle ball while your partner covers their body.
⭐️ High and wide: they can really go anywhere! Give yourself some space and slide toward the middle, leaving the short crosscourt angle as their only option for a clean winner. This gives us our best chance in a tough spot!
⭐️ Remember, when the ball is high, we’re already at a disadvantage! The goal is to give ourselves the best chance to survive the attack and get back in the point.
