⭐️ If your opponents are contacting your third shot between net height and knee height, follow it in! Make them concede the net instead of giving them space to roll the ball at your feet.
⭐️ One of the biggest issues I see is players waiting for the perfect drop. They end up hitting not one, not two, but sometimes three or more good shots before they move in!
⭐️ High-level players don’t wait for the perfect ball. They follow a good ball, move forward, and apply pressure. Your third doesn’t have to be perfect to get you moving!
