- Thank you to my dad for demonstrating!

⭐️ Gives us time to reset or counter our bad ball, rather than be a target for attacks

⭐️ Make sure to come back! When you back up the next shot move back into the line

⭐️ Moving back in lets us apply pressure for the next ball and get on the offensive
