⭐️ Unlike the backhand reset which is right in front of your body and therefore space is no issue, the forehand is on the side so spacing can be a huge issue
⭐️ If you feel your elbow touching your body as you hit or feel jammed up you need to utilize the shoulders and feet
⭐️ By rotating or clearing your body out of the way you can make easy adjustments and become better at the forehand reset
