⭐️ When the serve is deep and we allow the ball to get into us the third will pop up and be bad
⭐️ What we are going to focus on is meeting the ball making sure our paddle is in front of our front leg. This will at least keep the ball down so even if our return is short, at least it’s not short and high.
⭐️The second piece of this is space so you notice I’m also not allowing the ball to get into my body sideways. I’m trying to keep it outside so I can extend my arm creating more power without extending my swing.
