⭐️ A big take back makes it hard to catch up to the ball so you are often late and miss hit
⭐️ If your follow through is long you won’t be ready for the next ball and you may get hit by the ball as an added punishment
⭐️ Focusing on short compact swings will allow you to be ready for the first ball and the ones after that
Remember, bigger is not better in the game of hand speed!
