⭐️ As we get closer to the net using the roll actually becomes harder to get the ball down
⭐️ By pushing we buy ourselves extra time to follow the ball into net so we don’t have to hit a reset
⭐️ Look to push low not floating it like a high slice this will make you less attackable on the next ball
