How to Drill Volleys like a Pro! Volley Target Practice from a Pro Pickleball Drilling Session

Drilling Volleys is so important! Do you ever get a high ball at the kitchen and hit it out or into the net? We’ve all been there. Our eyes get big and our mind races with ideas of where to smash that ball! All too often we end up hitting it out or into the net, usually because we had too big of a swing or made a last second decision on where to hit the ball. This is a great drill because it gives you a ton of reps to work on technique, but unlike most volley drills, it also helps with decision making. And it’s also a lot of fun!
