This is a two hour session from a four day intensive training program at The Flying PIckle (email us if you’re interested in this kind of training, regardless of level). In this session our pros focus on three drills. The first drill has one player hitting midcourt drives and while two players on the other side counter those drives and play out the point. The second drill is 1 vs. 1 kitchen speedups and counters. The third drill is 2 vs. 2 with two players back working up to the kitchen and playing out the point.
