Are 5.0’s playing pro too quickly?

A few years ago players would move up from 4.0 to 4.5 to 5.0 to pro, winning medals to earn their right in the next division. Now, players go straight into pro qualifiers.

Should players be required to win a gold at 5.0 before playing pro? 🥇
