We are so very excited to be partnering with Frank Allen, The Pickleball PT, to bring The Kitchen community a brand new content series called 'Play Better & Hurt Less'.

Frank has been a practicing doctor of physical therapy and sport-performance specialist since 2013. After falling in love with Pickleball in 2020, he started his page The Pickleball PT to help Pickleball players achieve their maximum potential through addressing limitations in strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance and awareness.

'Play Better & Hurt Less" will be a monthly Q&A livestream will be focused on injury prevention and performance enhancement for Pickleball players of all levels!
