Since then, he has amassed a record of 14-6-1 and has become a top-ranked featherweight fighter. He is known for his aggressive striking style and his ability to finish fights. He has had several high-profile fights in the UFC, including a title shot against Alexander Volkanovski in 2020. Vera is considered one of the top featherweight fighters in the world.
