I’m Zane Navratil, and in this episode I show how to stop getting isolated when opponents target you in dink rallies and how to use their predictability against them. I cover options from the right side of the kitchen, including changing from passive to aggressive cross-court dinks, dinking to the diagonal player to reduce angles, attacking the cross-court backhand to set up an aggressive dink, using the middle as the easiest (but riskier) way to involve your partner, and going down the line on your terms to avoid an Erne and force your partner to cover the middle. I also explain adjusting positioning, initiating offense, stacking to change sides, playing more aggressively with drive-and-crash and on 4th/6th shots, and a four-player drill where opponents try to isolate me while I work to involve my partner.
