What’s New for 2018?
My 4 New Year’s Resolutions are
1. Play Better Pickleball
2. Get more fit
3. Lose a little more weight-I’ve got a couple pairs of pants I haven’t worn in a few years
4. Stay Injury Free
Each weekly pickleball video will provide you with the best in short, concise pickleball instruction, created with the over 50 player in mind. One of those will be a “deep dive” into one subject impacting your pickleball game.
The survey results from the better pickleball community told me that next to learning to play better you were most concerned about pickleball injuries. You want it you got it! The last video of the month will focus on injury prevention. After all if you can’t stay healthy you can’t play pickleball.
