Hi everybody this is CJ Johnson.

By now you're getting back on track after eating too much so your family's gone or whatever
it was that changed in your life.

These last 2 tips have really been the keys to my success in helping me to keep my weight under control for so many years.

Number 1 is Track What You Eat.

This is one of the first success behaviors that I share with clients who are working on a weight management program.

Studies have shown that people who track what they eat six days a week lose twice as much
weight as people who tracked with eat only one day a week. For me it shows me exactly what I'm eating. All those little nibbles that I can put in my mouth because I'm a snacker it and it keeps me accountable. Accountable to myself and accountable to my healthy eating program.

The last one is get your exercise plan back on track.

A good exercise plan is really well-rounded.

You want to have weight training, core training flexibility and strength along with your aerobic training. If you were consistent before pick a day pick a time and get started. If you've had difficulty staying and being consistent check out my blog and video on how to stick to your weekly workout routine. I have several thoughts and plans that have helped me throughout the years be consistent with my exercise routine and I'm sure that they're going to help you too.

You know getting sidetracked is part of life. It happens to all of us. In fact I really think it's even fun and at times very very necessary. But that healthy lifestyle that you want to achieve that you want the one of your dreams get back at it today because I know that you can have it.
